            重要: 本アプリは、すべてのデータをお客様の端末内に保存し、外部サーバーへのデータ送信は一切行いません。
        

1. はじめに

わくわくさんすう（以下「本アプリ」）は、4歳〜10歳のお子様向け算数学習アプリです。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリがどのように情報を収集、使用、保護するかを説明します。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を収集します：

学習記録データ: 各レベルの達成状況、タイム記録、星評価、プレイログなどのゲームプレイ情報
設定データ: テーマ設定、効果音・バイブレーション・ヒントのオン/オフ状態
Pro版購入情報: アプリ内課金の購入状態（Apple StoreKitにより管理）

収集しない情報:

個人を特定できる情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号など）
位置情報
連絡先

3. データの保存場所と使用目的

収集したすべてのデータは、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。

データはアプリのサンドボックス内に保存され、他のアプリからはアクセスできません
外部サーバーへのデータ送信は一切行いません
データはお子様の学習進捗の記録・表示のみに使用します

4. 第三者サービス

本アプリは、Apple StoreKit（Pro版の購入処理のみ）を使用しており、Apple社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。本アプリの開発者は、お客様の決済情報にアクセスすることはできません。

5. データの共有

本アプリは、お客様のデータを第三者に提供・開示することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく場合を除きます。

6. お子様の利用について

本アプリは4歳から10歳のお子様を対象としていますが、個人情報を収集することはありません。保護者の方は、お子様の利用状況を監督いただくことをお勧めします。

7. データの削除

学習記録のみ削除: 設定画面の「すべての記録をリセット」から実行できます
全データ削除: アプリをアンインストールすることで、デバイス内のすべてのデータが削除されます

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、App Storeの説明文でお知らせします。

Waku Waku Sansuu (the "App") is a math learning app for children aged 4 to 10. This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects information.

The App collects the following information:

Learning records: Level completion status, best times, star ratings, and play logs
Settings data: Theme preference, and on/off state for sound, vibration, and hints
Pro version purchase status: In-app purchase state (managed by Apple StoreKit)

Information we do NOT collect:

Personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
Location data
Contacts

3. Data Storage and Purpose

All collected data is stored locally on your device.

Data is stored within the app's sandbox and cannot be accessed by other apps
No data is ever transmitted to external servers
Data is used solely to record and display your child's learning progress

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple StoreKit solely for processing Pro version purchases and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer has no access to your payment information.

5. Data Sharing

The App does not share your data with any third parties, except where required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for children aged 4 to 10, but does not collect any personal information. We recommend that parents supervise their children's use of the app.

7. Data Deletion

Learning records only: Tap "Reset All Records" in Settings
All data: Uninstalling the app removes all data stored on the device

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Any significant changes will be announced in the App Store description.
